  • 18+ Age attestation: browser session flag when you confirm you are 18+ on first visit; we may request photo ID for high-value or flagged orders.
  • Support: messages, photos, or videos you send for 48-hour DOA, autofire, or Scratch-QR authenticity claims.
  • Analytics: aggregated page views, device type, and referral source via standard web analytics with IP truncation where configured.

How we use your information

We use personal data to pick and pack orders, generate Australia Post Express labels, send tracking emails, prevent fraud, calculate Aero Circle rewards, and comply with Australian GST record-keeping. We do not sell your contact list to third-party marketers.

Discreet Plain Kraft Satchel fulfilment & descriptors

Outer parcels use unbranded brown inner cartons inside Plain Kraft Satchels without product branding or vape terminology on the exterior, as described in our packaging FAQ. Payment descriptors show a neutral corporate trade name rather than flavour or device marketing text.

Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with parties needed to operate the store: payment processors, Australia Post / courier partners, cloud hosting, email delivery, and fraud screening tools bound by confidentiality obligations. Law enforcement requests are handled according to applicable Australian law.

Your choices & Australian privacy rights

You may request access to personal information we hold, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion where we have no legal obligation to retain records (for example tax invoices). Marketing opt-out is immediate via email footer links or by writing to compliance.
