Terms of Service & Verification
By accessing VAPEAERO.SHOP you agree to these terms, confirm you are at least 18 years of age, and understand that product availability and pricing follow our published SSOT catalogue.
Eligibility & 18+ age verification
You must be at least 18 years of age (the minimum legal adult age across all Australian states and territories) to view or purchase vaping products from VAPEAERO.SHOP. By completing checkout you represent that all information provided is accurate. We may cancel orders that fail 18+ age or fraud checks and refund the payment method used.
Orders, pricing & availability
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST unless noted otherwise at checkout. Displayed prices for in-stock SSOT flagships — including Alibarbar Ingot 9000 at AU$32.90, IGET Bar Pro 10000 at AU$29.95, Geek Bar Pulse 15000 at AU$35.50, OZZI 18000 at AU$29.95, and the Custom 10-Pack Wholesale Box at AU$28.90 per unit (AU$289 box) — are authoritative on the product page at the time you pay. We may limit quantities during supply constraints.
An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or split shipments when courier or inventory rules require it, and will notify you promptly.
Authenticity & Scratch-QR verification
We source ALIBARBAR, IGET, GEEK BAR, and OZZI hardware through authorised master-carton channels intended for the Australian market. Units ship with intact factory scratch-off QR security labels on the outer retail carton. You agree not to resell products as counterfeit or altered stock.
Verification steps are outlined at Support · Authenticity. Any failed QR scan, DOA unit, or autofire fault reported within 48 hours of AusPost delivery is covered under our Refund & DOA Policy.
Custom 10-Pack wholesale box & 24-hour option substitution
The Custom 10-Pack Wholesale Box (AU$289 / AU$28.90 per unit) lets you combine eligible flagship SKUs in a single plain brown kraft carton at wholesale unit pricing. Due to high demand and rapid inventory changes, if a selected option goes out of stock, we will select the closest alternative specification and email you from info@vapeaero.com for 24-hour confirmation (including a 3% OFF apology discount code for your next purchase). Wholesale benefits stack with Aero Circle tiers as described on the Rewards page.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sydney unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
