Processing & same-day cut-off (24-Hour Dispatch)

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been successfully received, picked and packed at our Sydney West (NSW) and Melbourne Tullamarine (VIC) fulfilment hubs. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) are handed to Australia Post Express on the same day, subject to inventory and courier collection windows.

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM AEST cut-off, or on weekends and Australian public holidays, may experience a slight delay and are processed on the next business day. High-volume sale periods may add up to one extra business day; we will email you if your dispatch date changes.

Carriers, Plain Kraft Satchels & AusPost Parcel Lockers

Standard checkout uses Australia Post Express with full SMS/email tracking. Parcels ship in unbranded brown corrugated inner cartons inside a Plain Kraft Satchel — zero vape product artwork or brand names on the exterior. Inner retail boxes remain factory-sealed with intact Scratch-QR security codes until you open them.

Delivery time estimates

While general parcel delivery across Australia takes around 1 week (3–7 business days) depending on destination, Australia Post Express network estimates from dispatch are:

• Sydney & Melbourne metro: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Brisbane & Gold Coast: typically 2 business days
• Perth & Adelaide: typically 2–3 business days
• Regional & WA/QLD FIFO mining towns: typically 3–5 business days (up to ~1 week) via AusPost Express air network

Option Availability & 24-Hour Substitution Policy: Due to high demand and rapid inventory changes, if your selected flavour/option occasionally goes out of stock, we will select the closest alternative specification and send a confirmation email from info@vapeaero.com before shipping. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, the substitution is processed and shipped by default along with a 3% OFF apology discount code for your next purchase.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves our hub, you receive an email with Australia Post tracking details. Use the link provided to follow scan events until delivery. If tracking is not active within 48 hours of your dispatch email, contact us with your order number.

Free express shipping over AU$100

Orders of AU$100 or more (after discounts, before shipping) qualify for free Australia Post Express shipping to eligible Australian street addresses, PO Boxes, and AusPost Parcel Lockers. Every Custom 10-Pack Wholesale Box (AU$289 / AU$28.90 per unit) automatically qualifies for free Express shipping.

18+ Age verification at delivery

VAPEAERO sells adult vaping products exclusively to Australian customers aged 18+ (minimum legal adult age across all Australian states and territories). Australia Post or counter staff may require 18+ photo ID on delivery or collection. If verification fails, the parcel may be returned and order resolution will follow our Refund & DOA Policy.

Delays, lost parcels & contact

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If tracking shows no progress for five business days after dispatch, or your parcel arrives damaged, email our Customer Service team (Monday–Friday) at info@vapeaero.com (or support@vapeaero.shop / compliance@vapeaero.shop) with your order number and tracking ID.
